Are you a seasoned HR professional seeking a rewarding challenge in a vibrant and fast-paced environment? We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to become an integral part of a leading provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) services.
About Us: Our organization has a strong reputation in the UK construction sector, offering a diverse array of services, including materials testing, structural and pavement investigation, and calibration solutions. As a member of a larger group experiencing substantial growth, we need an HR expert to facilitate our expansion.
Your Role: In this key position as an HR Business Partner, you will deliver essential HR support across various business units in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual looking to advance from a Senior HR Advisor role or an experienced HRBP eager for a new direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide thorough HR support to approximately 25 business units across multiple divisions.
• Manage employee relations and complex casework effectively.
• Support M&A activities, including TUPE, redundancy procedures, and change management initiatives.
• Develop sustainable reward and motivation strategies.
• Engage with and manage a diverse, remote workforce.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to implement impactful HR initiatives.
• Focus on key metrics and the commercial aspects of HR.
The Perfect Candidate: We are seeking individuals with a solid generalist HR background, ideally at the HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level.
• Experience in a fast-paced, product or service-oriented environment.
• Strong employee relations skills, with a track record of advising line managers.
• Adaptable, ready to take on new challenges.
• Experience in continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of M&A, TUPE, and redundancy processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
