We are a small independent fine dining restaurant looking for a Front of House person to join our team. To work with us you will need to be a positive outgoing individual with a love for food and wine. We’re are a small team working 4 days a week with 3 days off with 2 weeks in the summer and Christmas and New years off. You will need to be able to motivate yourself to ensure all aspects of service are covered, from explaining dishes to guests, up selling and presenting wines to guests and maintaining a clean and organized bar and floor. There is opportunity to learn and grow with us if you are the right candidate.
We require at least 2 years experience in a fine dining establishment.
Knowledge of classic and natural wines is essential.
Good knowledge of food and fine dining is desirable.
Barista train is preferred but not essential
