Trainee Sales Manager

Are you motivated, people-focused, and ready to take the first step towards a future in sales and leadership? Our client in Bristol is looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Trainee Sales Managers – no prior experience required.
This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment. You’ll begin by mastering the essentials of residential sales and customer interaction, and with consistent performance, you’ll progress into a leadership role, supporting and mentoring newer team members. For the right person, there’s a clear path towards a full management position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Represent trusted brands directly to customers in residential areas, providing product information and personalised solutions.
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques to confidently engage with customers and drive results.
• Take ownership of your performance by working to exceed daily and weekly targets.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage trust, satisfaction, and long-term value.
• Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and guiding newer team members.
• Contribute to a positive and goal-oriented team culture by leading by example.
• Gain experience in training, team motivation, and sales strategy implementation.
