Tour Bus Driver

IntSol Recruitment is hiring Tour Bus Drivers for a Sightseeing operator in London, offering a structured training program, full-time hours, and competitive pay rates with bonus incentives. Bus Driver Highlights
• Full-time only – ideally 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• Induction & training provided – up to 10 days including route learning.
• Bonus paid hourly, provided there are no performance issues.

Pay Rates

PAYE Rates
• Training: £15.75 per hour.
• Basic Pay: £17.75 per hour.
• Bonus Pay: Additional £1.25 per hour.

PAYE + Rolled-up Holiday Pay Rates
• Training: £17.65 per hour.
• Basic Pay: £19.89 per hour.
• Bonus Pay: Additional £1.40 per hour.

Umbrella Assignment Rates
• Training: £20.57 per hour.
• Basic Pay: £23.23 per hour.
• Bonus Pay: Additional £1.66 per hour.

Bus Driver Requirements
• Full UK PCV Licence (Category D).
• Valid CPC qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of bus driving experience.
• Maximum 6 points on licence (No TT99, DR, or DD offences).
• Minimum age: 21
