SpotDif.com is a fast-growing comparison platform that connects consumers with trusted providers in sectors like home improvements, health care, and financial products. We generate high-intent leads through our website and are now looking for a talented Telesales Team Leader to drive performance, support our growing team, and help us scale our operation to the next level.
The Role:
As our Telesales Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic sales reps focused on calling warm leads (no cold calling!) in sectors like home improvement, mobility, and financial services. You’ll provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure your team consistently meets targets, maintains quality standards, and maximises lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Telesales Representatives to hit daily and weekly KPIs
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback, support, and training
• Assist in onboarding and up-skilling new team members
• Handle escalations and provide support on complex customer interactions
• Track and report on team metrics, conversion rates, and appointment volumes
• Foster a positive, energetic team culture aligned with our startup values
• Make calls as needed and have your own KPI’s to support the team and stay hands-on with lead conversion
• Work closely with management to refine processes and improve overall sales performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a telesales or lead generation environment
• Proven leadership or team supervisory experience in a sales setting
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Results-driven with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with CRMs and tracking software
• Fluent in English
Desirable:
• Experience in home improvement, mobility, or financial services sectors
• Background in startups or fast-scaling businesses
