Job Description
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
• Support Line Managers on policy and procedure application.
• Liaise with external legal support.
• Provide monthly updates and document procedures.
• Drive improvement and ensure best service.

Qualifications
• CIPD qualified with excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
• Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Advisor in Hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
• CIPD qualification.
• Fluent in English – spoken & written.
