Care Support Worker In-Via (Part-time, 20-hour per week)
Location: Kingswood, Bristol BS15 1SP
Pay rate from £12.15 per hour

Would you like to join a friendly team providing high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, who may also have mental health needs?
Our ideal candidate will:
• To assist in the provision of high quality person-centred approach to support independence and meet individual needs of each client.
• Work as part of a team and lone working and remain awake throughout the shift, pay attention and be alert at all times
• To assist clients to retain their dignity and individuality and involved in the general activities of the home.
• To promote and maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff members and visitors.
• To support Clients during the night with Personal and Health needs as required
• Pay particular attention to assisting clients who have limited mobility, or physical, learning difficulties making the best use of aids provided.
• Observe support planning needs for clients and completed daily records as instructed and in line with the company’s policies and procedures
• Report on well-being of clients and follow support plans, completing daily records as instructed.
