The Group is devoted to providing a wide selection of quality and fashionable foodstuffs, as well as traditional and popular street cuisine, by developing a “Daily One-stop Shop” model. As manager, you will be in charge of all retail operations, as well as maintaining practise and Health & Safety policies inside the shop and assisting with employee inductions and coaching. Job Requirements: • Working experience as a store manager is a plus.• Leadership and development experience.• Self-discipline, planning, and problem-solving abilities are all excellent.• A customer-centric approach.• General store management and guidelines are well-understood.• Not averse to focusing attention.• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting.• Outstanding communication abilities.• You must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.
