Internship

As an operations intern you will have a very diverse set of tasks. The role includes cross development in different apartments from rooms, restaurant to front desk. You will be working together with a small team.

Profile Student

You are a highly motivated person and it is your goal to have a career in the hospitality industry. You are a great team player and very flexible towards work and tasks. Strong verbal skills in English are important.

• Assist waiters with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner shifts
• Take orders
• Serve clients
• Offer friendly and efficient service to guests
• Assist with the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Use the Micros system
• Closing restaurant shifts and cash banking
• Assist hotel valets with daily duties
• Linen porterage
• Assist with mini bar reports
• Assist guests with luggage
• Room guests
• Assist housekeeping with the cleanliness of the hotel
• Assist with kitchen duties
• Training on Opera system
• Check guests in and out
• Answer the phone and emails
• Offer excellent guest experience
