Are you an experienced SEN teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher to join a specialist school in Luton on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting children with special educational needs and is looking for a long-term role with career development potential.

About the Role:
• Full-time SEN Teacher position with the potential to become permanent
• Working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties
• Delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Creating a structured and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification
• Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and needs
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
• A patient, positive, and resilient approach
