Job Description: We are seeking a Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently delivering parcels and packages to our customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport parcels to various locations.
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring all deliveries are handled with care.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers.
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries and issues professionally.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
Qualifications:
• Valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 30kg.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and heavy lifting techniques is advantageous.
