SDR (London)

CONNECT

Title – SDR

No of hires – 2

Quota/Target – Book 5 x qualified meetings per week when fully ramped

Reporting to – Suneil

Budget – £26.5k basic, 16.5k bonus & benefits

Location – must be in London office four days per week

Driver for Hire – Growth/expansion

Terms – Standard terms (17% of basic salary)

Target offer date – 28th Feb

Target start date – 1st April (assume 30 days’ notice)

Mandatory requirements that we need to demonstrate so that you immediately interview:

1. Must have some level of sales experience (retail, consumer, B2B)

2. Must be driven & ambitious (demonstrate through reference, pastimes)

Notes:

• Target new business prospects (named) with Optimisation, Managed Service & Professional Services offering around Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, Salesforce & Networking offering

• Estimate 1000 calls per months, book 5 meetings per week; three of which should be Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)

Interview process:

1. First Interview – 30 min Teams/phone screen with Suneil

2. Final Interview – 60 min in person interview with Jack & Suneil
