We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and lead our team to success. This role requires a proactive approach to sales management, staff development, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining a positive and productive store environment.

Duties
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with upper management on promotional events and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient in administrative duties related to retail operations.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer interactions professionally.
• A passion for retail with an understanding of current market trends.
