Job Description:
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) and PRNs who are currently residing in the UK and seeking a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) under the Local Switch Visa scheme. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Position Details:

• Salary: £17.50 to £19.50 per hour (based on experience)
Eligibility Criteria for Local Switch Visa:
• Candidates must be currently residing in the UK and eligible for a visa switch.
• Must have prior experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) or PRN in a healthcare setting.
Required Documents:
• Valid Passport: A copy of a valid passport with sufficient validity to cover the visa duration.
• Nursing License: A valid nursing license from the home country or place of prior work. Proof of NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration for UK practice or evidence of NMC test of competence.
• English Language Proficiency: IELTS for UKVI or OET scores to meet UK’s required standards (if applicable).
• Criminal Record Check: A record check from the home country or prior residence.
• Police Clearance Certificate: A police clearance certificate from the home country (if required).
• NMC Test of Competence: Proof of completion of NMC test of competence (Part 1 CBT and Part 2 OSCE).
• Work Experience: Certificates or references demonstrating work experience in care homes or healthcare settings.
• Academic Qualifications: A nursing degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Employment References: Two professional references from previous healthcare employers.
• TB Test Certificate: Proof of a Tuberculosis test (if applicable).
• Proof of Address: Evidence of current UK residency (utility bills, rental agreements, etc.).
• Driver’s License: A valid UK driver’s license (if applicable for travel-related positions).

• Document Submission: Submit all required documents, including nursing experience and NMC registration.
• Interview Preparation: Candidates will receive support to prepare for interviews with potential employers.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend interviews with employers. Successful candidates will be offered the job.
• Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) Issuance: After acceptance, candidates will be issued a CoS for a local visa switch.
