Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO
Location: Luton, UK (Onsite + Available from Home When Needed)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Performance Bonuses
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in managing multiple businesses, daily operations, and personal responsibilities. This role is onsite in Luton with the flexibility to be available from home when needed.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires someone who is extremely organised, tech-savvy, and resourceful, with a strong ability to multitask and keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver, forward-thinker, and excellent communicator, ensuring that the CEO’s business and personal affairs are well managed.
This is more than just an admin role—this is about helping the CEO stay focused and succeed, handling everything from business management to social media and hiring.
Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Business Support
• Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, handling day-to-day business and personal tasks.
• Manage and prioritise the CEO’s diary, meetings, and appointments.
• Attend key meetings, take notes, and ensure action points are completed.
• Handle emails, correspondence, and admin tasks, responding on behalf of the CEO when needed.
• Assist with hiring, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Social Media & Digital Operations
• Support TikTok Shop & social media activities, including content planning and influencer collaborations.
• Manage TikTok Shop uploads, track performance, and assist in growing online sales.
• Work with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and build digital marketing strategies.
3. Business & Operations Management
• Assist in hiring new team members, from posting job ads to screening candidates.
• Oversee and manage business expansion projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Handle logistics, stock coordination, and liaise with suppliers for smooth operations.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock and order management.
4. Problem-Solving & Proactive Support
• Take initiative and anticipate CEO’s needs, offering solutions before issues arise.
• Act as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and ensuring priorities are handled.
• Be willing to go the extra mile, ensuring the CEO is supported at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy & Social Media Fluent – Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and online sales is a big plus.
Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written English, able to liaise with stakeholders professionally.
Proactive & Resourceful – A self-starter who finds solutions and handles tasks without needing constant guidance.
Experience in Business Operations – Previous experience in an assistant, operations, or management role is ideal.
Able to Work Under Pressure – Must be adaptable, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Driver’s License Preferred – Flexibility to attend meetings, run errands, or assist with business needs.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Package Recommendation
Base Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per year
Performance Bonus: Additional £2,000–£5,000 based on business growth & personal performance
Work Expenses: Covered for business-related travel
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Luton) + Availability from home when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
