Out client is a highly successful property organisation with offices covering most of the UK. Currently one of the fastest growing independent lettings business’s in the country, makes this an exciting time to join this company as they continue to grow from strength to strength.
We currently have a part time property management opportunity, working Monday to Friday 5-10pm plus Saturday 9-3pm, based in Liverpool.
Your role will primarily involve being the first point of contact for tenants and to resolve any property management related queries in a timely manner. You will be responsible for calling and booking out contractors, logging jobs and following up on all property management issues to ensure 100% client satisfaction. The role will require exceptional customer service and administration skills, the ability to problem solve and to ensure all information is accurately recorded onto the system.
The role will require you to work autonomously, so therefore you must be confident with the property management process and ensure that you can motivate yourself during any quiet periods.
Ideally you will have worked within lettings/property management or this role may also suit a university student looking for part time work.
The role is paying £10-£12per hour and we looking for a candidate to start asap!
