We are seeking PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9 – 1, Courtstall Services Ltd is a family run business, which construct and maintain sport surfaces, have been established for over 35 years.

Job Description

You will be:
• Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
• Replying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
• Receiving, sorting and distributing the post.
• Answering telephone calls and passing them on.
• Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
• Contacting Suppliers for prices, negotiating good rates on materials and plant hire and raising Purchase Orders for specified delivery dates.
• Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
• Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
• Greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
• Maintain and update all hard copy client contract files.

Ideal Qualities:
• Good Computer skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and internet applications.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good telephone answering skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
• Ability to take on a variety of tasks and help out in all general office duties.
• A good level of English spelling and grammar.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

• Monday to Friday
