We are recruiting Packing Team Leaders on a 4on 4off, days, shift pattern
Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintaining Food safety and quality standards
• Co-ordinating Production activities for your area of responsibility
• Meeting production targets and achieving the production plan
• Lead, motivate and develop your team
Additional information
• Working with raw meat (Dependent on area)
• Working in a cold environment
Experience
• Previous experience of running a production line and related equipment
• Understanding of CCP requirements
• Proven track record of leading a team
• Previous compliance with SOP’s
• Previous experience of achieving production targets
• Food Manufacturing experience preferred
Full training provided.
