A wonderful family based in Kensington, London is looking for a Live in Nanny-Housekeeper to help them in caring for their school-aged child and maintain the cleanliness of their property. The nanny-housekeeper will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of the housekeeping tasks related to them. The nanny-housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. Someone who is comfortable with pets is ideal since the family has a dog at home. The nanny-housekeeper is welcome to join the family from time to time when they travel around Europe. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
• *Working hours: ** Monday to Friday from 7:15 am to 9:30 pm, with big breaks during the day approximately 55 hours per week (someone who could be flexible to work evening or morning Saturday with prior notice given)
• *Accommodation: ** Double bedroom, utility room has a kitchenette with cooker/microwave and own bathroom with separate entrance
• *Duties include: **
• supervising homework
• preparing meals for their child
• helping with bath and bedtime routine
• wiping down the kitchen surfaces and cooking utensils after use
• setting the table
• organising the laundry and ironing
• vacuuming and mopping floors
• dusting different surfaces
• polishing
• running errands and doing groceries
• changing the bedsheets
• taking their child to activities and playdates
• making sure the bedroom and bathroom are clean
