Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric, including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and flooring
• Perform minor repairs, painting, plastering, and general handyman duties
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Complete service records and reports accurately
• Work closely with clients and site teams to ensure smooth operation of facilities
• Support other trades where required

Requirements:
• Proven experience in fabric maintenance and general building repairs
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in a related trade is desirable)
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• A proactive and professional approach to work
