We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mixologist to join our team at The Aerial, BVI. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and an exceptional guest-centric approach to curating unforgettable beverage experiences for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and craft a wide range of creative and classic cocktails that align with the hotel’s luxury standards and the Caribbean’s vibrant flavors.
– Engage with guests to understand their preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable bar experience.
– Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the bar area, adhering to all health regulations.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to pair beverages with menus and special events, creating unique experiences.
– Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
– Stay current with beverage trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously innovate the menu.
– Train and mentor bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting, preferably in the Caribbean or a tropical location.
– Exceptional mixology skills with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests and team members alike.
– Creative flair and attention to detail in crafting drinks and designing menus.
– Proficiency in managing bar operations, including inventory control and cost management.
– A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering world-class service.
– Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
