I am working with a well-established real estate company in Belfast who are looking for an experienced Letting Agent. This is a new requirement as the company is expanding and is a Monday – Friday role.
Key Responsibilities
• Advertise and promote rental properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Handle tenant applications and reference checks.
• Negotiate lease terms and assist with the signing of agreements.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and landlords.
Experience/Requirements
• Experience in real estate or lettings is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A good understanding of the local rental market.
• Full UK Driving license
