A Primary School that prioritizes the growth and development of its staff is in search of an individual to play an essential role within the team. This position involves the planning, assessment, and delivery of exceptional teaching and learning experiences using well-established methods and strategies, with the goal of facilitating effective learning for all students. Additionally, it encompasses meeting students’ pastoral needs.

In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with parents and caregivers, instilling trust and confidence in students, colleagues, families, and fellow professionals. Notably, the school’s OFSTED report in April 2023 was commendable, receiving a ‘good’ overall rating and achieving ‘outstanding’ recognition in two key areas: behavior & attitudes and Early Years.

Requirements:
• Experience teaching in a KS2 setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education. (ECT status also accepted).
• 3-year checkable work/education history.
• Our compliance department consistently maintains the highest standards of vetting to ensure we continually maintain our REC Audited Education Status. All candidates who register with Teach Now will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
