Human Resources Manager
The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group, headquartered in New Delhi, is India’s largest and the fastest growing privately owned Hotel Company. The company offers a portfolio of 12 Luxury hotels, palaces and resorts spread across Indian sub-continent.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team
Your New Role
·You will proactively support the management with all ER and Performance issues, giving mentoring and coaching where required.
·Manage hotel recruitment for across all levels with efficiency
·Be a guardian of staff welfare policies and creatively engage the team
·To implement & monitor hotel and departmental training plans.
·To manage the hotels payroll and pensions system
·Ensure Fourth Hospitality is kept update to date with personnel details and changes
·To ensure appraisal process is adhered to and all employees are regularly reviewed
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for someone with a track record of Human Resources achievement in the hospitality or a related industry. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice
Other desirable skills include:
·Previous experience as HR Officer/Advisor/Manager from a luxury 4/5* hotel
·At least 3-4years of HR Generalist experience
·CIPD qualification advantageous
·Experienced in recruitment.
·Professional and warm personality
·Proactive and enthusiastic, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience
·Experience in using Fourth Hospitality
·An understanding of payroll and pensions
·Flexible attitude
