Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR systems, and the ability to manage various HR functions effectively. This role involves ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR requirements of the staff, recruitment and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and objectives.
• Manage recruitment processes, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Utilise data analysis skills to assess employee performance metrics and inform decision-making.
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while managing employee relations issues.
• Present HR initiatives and updates to senior management, fostering transparency and collaboration across departments.
• Assist in performance management processes and advise where needed
Experience
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Experience in supervising staff and leading HR projects from conception to execution.
