Job Description:
We are hiring security personnel for 20 of NYC’s newest nightlife venues, including bars, lounges, and nightclubs. Candidates should have a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and experience handling security in high-energy environments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of guests and staff at nightlife venues
- Monitor and control entry at club entrances
- Respond to security incidents and manage conflicts professionally
- Work closely with management to enforce venue policies
- Conduct routine checks to maintain a secure environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or nightlife security preferred
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Valid security license (if required by NYC regulations)
- Must be available for night shifts and weekends
