After achieving a £1m grant from Innovate UK, an impressive start-up that is transforming portfolio management, by streamlining data collection and enhancing collaboration between investors and their portfolio companies, are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join their small but growing team of 13.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation combined with a business and product-focused mindset. Proficiency in NextJS (React), GraphQL, and TypeScript is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using NextJS (React), GraphQL, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative development practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and reliability

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, particularly with NextJS (React), GraphQL, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Bonus points for:
• Experience in the finance or investment sectors
• Knowledge of ESG data and reporting
