Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events and Reservation Co-Ordinator, located between Marlow and Henley on Thames. The Events and Reservation Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating events, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, communicating with clients, managing bookings, conducting final details and ensuring financials are correct.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the hotel’s team to ensure seamless event and guest experiences.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

Qualifications
• Experience in managing Reservations and Events
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills to assist with and manage bookings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a hotel or events setting is a plus
