Event Manager – Part Time

The Role

Are you a seasoned Events Manager looking for their next challenge? This may be the perfect opportunity for you! We’re pleased to announce that we’re partnering with an esteemed professional services firm in Bristol who are looking for a part time Events Manager to join them for a 12 month FTC. This role can be offered on either a 3 or 4 day work week.

To be successful in this role you should have prior Events Management experience in a B2B capacity and management of a team in a busy environment.

In this role you will be owning the Events program, handling the whole event lifecycle. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing team, various external teams, building relationships and delegating. You’ll be confident in leading webinars, hosting and co-hosting, as well as running events on scales ranging from round table to large networking events for clients.

This is a great opportunity to bring your project management, attention to detail and organisation skills to a fast-paced environment to ensure events are executed effectively and efficiently. This role is based in Bristol with the benefit of flexible working available.

Skills and Experience
• You should have experience in a previous Events Management role preferably in a professional services/B2B environment.
• Knowledge of Marketing to collaborate with the Marketing team
• Experience in hosting and co-hosting events, conferences and webinars
• Experience in Project Management from venue sourcing to supplier negotiations
• Ability to manage the entire Event lifecycle
