Job Description:
A leading foreign investment bank is hiring a Senior Workout Officer to manage distressed assets, restructuring, and credit risk solutions. This high-level role requires expertise in finance, risk management, and negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and restructure distressed assets and non-performing loans
- Develop credit recovery strategies and financial restructuring plans
- Conduct risk assessments and portfolio analysis
- Collaborate with legal teams on debt resolutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- 8+ years of experience in banking, credit risk, or restructuring
- Strong negotiation and financial modeling skills
- Expertise in debt management and capital markets
