Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will act as a direct point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. You’ll work closely with internal sales and operational teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey and deliver proactive, solution-oriented service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer queries, concerns, and requests

  • Provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery

  • Monitor shipments and proactively communicate any changes or issues

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and service records

  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience


Your Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a logistics or supply chain environment

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Adaptable to change and open to embracing new technologies
