Role Overview:
The Channel Sales Manager for UK holds a critical position aimed at propelling our Amazfit’s brand revenues in one of the most strategic markets in the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on developing our local offline Sales channel, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate local sales and business development plan and implement an action plan to achieve the sales target;
• Build up a trustful long-term relationship with key clients, wholesalers/retailers to understand the business needs, requirements and potential business opportunity;
• Work with internal and external partners to deep dive into the local market situation and analyse the business opportunity thereby developing effective local products Go-to-market plan (price, product positioning, promotion and channel strategy);
• Excellent understanding of market future trend and identify new or potential breakthrough opportunities by working with existing clients or exploring new clients;
• Use different sales metrics to prepare routine analysis reports and offer an overview of business progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders;
• Collaborate with wholesalers/retailers on the sell-through/sell-out data to facilitate/maximize the business performance and accurately forecast sales demand;
• Partner with HQ team to optimize products and feedback the key findings from market research, client suggestions and industry development reports etc.
• Other hoc ad tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
• With proven +7 years of sales working experience and key account management in the consumer electronics industry with consolidated relationship with key clients;
• Used to work in a fast-moving and changing environment and able to work under pressure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize different tasks;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
