We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our highly acclaimed IP team, ranked in the top tier by both Chambers and Legal 500. Our IP team has a formidable level of expertise, which is acknowledged both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities
• diary and deadline maintenance and related administration;
• file and case management;
• billing;
• document reviewing and checking;
• preparation of standard letters and forms;
• research and due diligence tasks;
• trade mark renewals, assignments, changes of name; and
• related administration of client portfolios.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Strong, demonstrable administration skills
• Ideally, have trade mark administration / formalities experience, gained within a law or trade mark attorney firm.
• To be a strong team player, able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
• Experience of WebTMS/IPPO or other trade mark management software would be highly advantageous.
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
