Airline Cargo Operations and CS Agent

Job description

Freightserve are looking to recruit a Cargo Operations / Reservations Agent for a Heathrow based Airline. The Airline is based in the Heathrow area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complete end-to-end process.

• Interface with UK freight forwarders.

• Keeping in-house system up to date.

• Oversee and manage Pre Bookings.

• Acting as main contact through both customer calls and emails.

• Responding to requests.

• Spot Rates

• Quotations

• Postflights

• Costings / Invoicing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Ideally candidate should have Cargo Airline or GSSA experience.

• Have outstanding customer service skills and good understanding of the cargo market.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple initiatives and prioritise own workload.

• Must be articulate and possess good interpersonal skills.
